We focus on fundamental movements for this age group such as running, leaping, jumping, catching, throwing, balance & pivot. These are all the essential and basic skills required to play the game of netball.

The fun of playing netball really starts at this age as the players grow confident in catching and throwing. The emphasis on footwork, linking the ball, defending and most importantly team work comes into play.

At this age, players are more ready to compete and accept challenges. Both success and failures are critical in their development as young adults and a positive sporting environment serves as a springboard for them to succeed in the future.

These S&C sessions ae targeted to enhance your play by improving your agility, speed and movement. It will also help to prevent injuries as you become physically stronger.

Looking for a place to enjoy netball? We hold regular sessions for adults on Tuesday evening from 8pm to 10pm.

We will be having DSA & holiday clinics on 8, 15 & 22 June at SCGS. More details on our IG & registration page.

Our year end clinic will be held on 23 & 30 November for 9-11yo & 12-14yo from 8-9.30am & 9.30-11am respectively.

We are committed to organizing overseas trips for our players to experience different cultures and gain experience through such encounters.

As an academy, we will be organizing and also sending our players for various leagues & competition. These are essential for growth in their netball journey with us.

This year our players took part in various leagues & carnivals & Crossroad also organized U11 & U13 leagues during June & November 2024.
