    A current national player, Yi Jie will share and coach you on how to improve your agility, movement and prevent injuries with focused techniques on S & C.

    We are planning to visit Hong Kong again in 2024 and dats are tentatively 2-7 Dec.

    For this trip, we are keen for our 9 yo and above t join us and experience playing netball with teams and schools in Hong Kong.
