We have developed a Strength & Conditioning Program for athletes 11 years old and above. This program aims to strengthen the athletes in order to achieve peak performance in their sport.

We will be conducting our annual DSA clinic to prepare players for trial & interview during the June break.

Confirmed dates are 8, 15 & 22 June, Sundays at Dover Court International School from 9am to 11am conducted by experienced coaches.

We will also include an online sharing session in late April or early May for parents.

Annual 7 day trip with 3 days of competition in Perth followed by friendly matches & other fun activities from 30 May to 5 June 2025.

This year we will be sending one U13 & one U14 team for this event.

We are planning to visit Hong Kong again in 2025 and dates are 3-8 Dec.

For this trip, we will be bringing teams of U12 & U10 players to experience playing netball with teams and schools in Hong Kong.
